Continuous efforts to reduce GHG emissions by developing eco-friendly materials or finding alternative materials with lower emissions during production.

Raising awareness through environmental improvement activities, attending relevant training, seminars, academic societies, and forums.

Received BSI (British Standards Institution) verification for GHG emissions (Scope 1 and Scope 2) in July 2019, and have since continued to calculate and disclose emission data.

DAESAN MODEL is making various efforts to minimize waste generation.

Established a Corporate R&D Center in 2015 to achieve 100% recycling of cutting process lubricants. We strive to reduce the weight of raw materials and develop/apply process technologies that minimize waste.

The overall SCM (Supply Chain Management) is relatively simple, and most products are recyclable after use, resulting in a low environmental load.

Small amounts of waste (welding materials, paint containers) from the manufacturing process are accurately monitored, recorded, and handled through professional waste disposal companies in compliance with legal reporting procedures.

Hazardous Substances

We strictly manage hazardous chemicals to ensure a safe working environment.

We conduct and disclose workplace environmental impact and hazardous substance assessments annually through specialized institutions (Ulsan Donggang Hospital). (Maintained 0 leakage cases from 2020 to 2025).

All employees receive annual health checkups, and production staff exposed to hazardous chemicals receive additional specialized medical exams. To protect workers' health and the workplace, we conduct annual hazardous environment measurements and manage substances such as paints and sprays in designated areas according to MSDS procedures.
